I consider ME2 to be more of a story-based TPS than a WRPG, even though the elements are still there (and ME1 was certainly the latter). I'm also basing this in terms of storyline. Nope, but December 13th is my birthday too! :D I saw them in Philadelphia on November 19th, which coincidentally was the weekend of my 3 year anniversary with my boyfriend (Blind Guardian is both of our favorite bands!). Isn't it great when you get a concert for a special event like that?
