The Norwegian guy was declared clinically insane by the team of psychatrists that examined him. Which makes him legally irresponsible. That was announced a few days ago...

I haven't been to the forum for ages, came back, spent the last 20 minutes browsing the topics and already now misread this as " 45 most powerful mages of 2011."

Damn, the fantasy world of the bards is coming back to me faster than I thought. :wink:
