Car question

Everyone loves looking at Labos and Feraris, yeah they look badass. Cheaper cars look less badass. Why do they not but Labo-type looking frames on cheaper cars to make all cars look badass? Afterall, its the engine and interior and shit that you pay for, a frame is a frame whether it looks mediocre or not.

Because noone would buy the expensive Ferraris then, stupid.

well they actually do that ;) Below is a picture of an original toyota MR2 and below that one, a ferrari lookalike MR2 ;)

But i think the main reason they don't do it is because even though the fancy looks, your cars' performance still sucks. :P

a car with this kind of frame could easily be $20,000. I don't know why car companies have to make cheap cares look cheap

That goes without saying, don't it?

It obviously went with saying just then, but that is no contradiction. Logic is kind to the unspecific.

Because they don't have expensive designers making beautiful expensive-looking cars. ;)

When you come to think of it, there is no standard a car should look like and they are all great in their own way but when you see a design car a little too much, then it will be common to your eyesight which would not even catch your attention when you see one passing.

The reason that Ferrari's are all the more something to rave about is the fact that you only see a number of them on the streets making them all the more badass!

Cars suck (because I can't afford one at the moment), scooters rule !

Gonna drive a scooter soon and I will change my life's motto to :

"It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice"

That may sound random, but it really isn't, trust me !

umh...well, I also like scooters....
my favorite ones are American, have at least 883 cc., they make a beautiful sound and whenever I drive one (the mine, for exeple) automatically starts the song by Steppenwolf: "Born to be wild"

according to dutch law, 50c+ is called a motor and scooters thus have a maximum of 49,9cc. We were talking about that category unfortunately :P

i like my motorbikes with a big V-twin. :)

yeah those assholes.. Driving around in regular motor suits, feeling king of the road on their 50cc crappy things.. Kymco GrandDink drivers are notorious wannabe-motorcyclists! :P

Well, come on, not all ... many of the scooterists I know they just need a cheap way to get around town without getting stuck in traffic and parkin' without going insane .... two situations that in my town, with narrow old streets, a lot of commuters and nonexistent public transport happens every day ...
Then, however, there are those (almost all young ones, but not all) that run on "lookalike motorcycles" scooters, perhaps with a leather suit (...) who enjoy dart between the cars feelin' samples of the tracks ... .
Of these fine folks every now and then I see someone lying on the ground next to an ambulance...

Well, I have a 1989 Fiat Panda ... as well as the largest collection of scratches, bumps, rust stains and paint-free zones across Europe.
But it works, when I remember to put gasoline.
When it rains the water does not enter, when it's very cold it emits hot air, when I bring groceries or bulky things it works. There 's even a car radio with tapes reader(CDs are too modern for me). It has done 150,000 km.
And that is all he has to make a car.

i have a 2001 chrysler neon, modded it slightly on the exterior to suit my (driving) style better. Has a CD player which i rarely use since i've built in a PC with touchscreen so i don't have to change CD's all the time
Have it almost 4 years, driven it from 110.000 km to over 192.000 km and still going strong :) I like my car very very much! :D
